eHarmony spam update

You might recall that eHarmony had signed me up without my consent, and has proceeded to spam me.

They subsequently promised to cancel the account in my name, twice.

Now, I receive an email from them telling me that my account was not cancelled, but has just been place "on hold".

Anyone know how to get them to fulfill their commitment?

Well, let's make it constructive. Suggestions:

• make your support number easy to find
• a voice recognition system should actually recognize voice commands
• Don't require people to find product information that doesn't exist
• have a working, functional, search engine
• the phone system shouldn't randomly disconnect people
