San Mateo county event for veterans services on Friday 19th March

Hey, looks like they have a good event to connect veterans to new services. It's in two days, so get the word out!

The County of San Mateo, Human Services Agency is holding a special event to connect veterans to a variety of services, including new housing programs and disability and medical benefits.

Friday, March 19, 2010
9:00 am - 1:00 pm

American Legion Post 105
651 El Camino Real
Redwood City, CA 94063

Staff from 21 agencies will be on-site to help enroll veterans in state, federal, and county programs and services, including medical services, employment services, disability benefits, housing and other programs such as the California Tuition Voucher program for dependents of veterans.
