123graphic Hey, here's something I heard from folks who have some serious global reach, check it out:

HOPE+ (HOPEplus.org) unleashes the global power of the Internet and social networks to tackle the problems of the developing world.  HOPE + uses the new social network  technologies to empower connections, resources and relationships among people and non-profit groups throughout the world. Its portal allows individuals to apply their expertise and human energy, donate time and resources – all to tackle the practical problems of struggling people throughout the world.  HOPE+ members will develop specific projects with measurable goals. The projects will be voted on and then completed by HOPE+ members utilizing their social network relationships and
other online tools.
