A little news from Washington

Efforts getting stuff done, for everyone, that's keeping me busy. In addition to craigslist customer service:

  • Busy at the Dept of Veterans Affairs, listening to grassroots/rank and file suggestions to serve vets better by dealing with medical claims more effectively, and more.
  • A little with the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Craig, as an active duty service member, and the daughter of a VA employee, I can't tell you how much it means to me that you are working to improve the claims system at the VA. I am so glad that someone is taking the time to actually do something for our veterans, so I just wanted to thank you!
