That looks like a vareigated calamondin (calamansi)– lovely little plant, and the fruits are awesome. Nature's sourball, wrapped in a sweet skin. Kind of an anti-kumquat, really.
I have one of those at home, they blow up in good lighting, but I've never seen mine fruit. I thought it was like a variation on the typical rubbertree plant one often finds with dark leaves. I have one of those too, they both look exactly the same except the color. No fruits on either though, am I missing something?
