Libertarian moderate actually says a lot less than libertarian pirate. Moderates aren't really anything. I would think pirates would embrace the open sea of libertarianism, as would ninjas.
on second thought, pirate seems too selfish! I like moderate – how 'bout "progressive moderate"?
