Veterans' progress this year, and thanks!

Paul Rieckhoff, from the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, sent out what he feels they're grateful for. I feel it's worth sharing with everyone:

Together, we ensured that our nation's lawmakers gave our newest generation of veterans the educational benefits they earned with the passing of the new GI Bill.
…
And together, we're ensuring that President-elect Obama makes veterans a priority in his administration, even before he takes office.
Next year, we will continue to face challenges head-on. Together, we'll tackle
crucial issues, from home foreclosures among veterans, to the treatment of mental
health injuries for those returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
