Update: it's probably a Brewer's Blackbird with pigment mutation

I think Marc's right, per comment below. I see a lot of those birds around the office.

It looks to me like a Brewer's Blackbird with some kind of pigment mutation. Cornell's Ornithology lab has some photos and a range map
