I'm not 100% sure but I believe it's a type of Iris called the Douglas Iris. I looked it up online and came up with this in Google Images: http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=douglas+iris. I'm no botanist though – just a bride-to-be that's been getting flower lessons from my florist.
I tweeted too but…Dietes vegeta, the Fortnight Lily. Thanks to my (unused) Cal Poly horticulture education.
Looks like an African Iris to me.
Siberian iris.
Second the Dietes vegeta call. Fortnight lily. Drought resistant.

Grows naturally along coastal zones, usually within sight of the ocean; it is common on bluffs and treeless grassy hillsides. It sometimes extends farther inland in areas where human activity has opened forests to abundant sunlight. Unpalatable to livestock; some ranchers consider it an aggressive weed.
If you are in a not good position and have no cash to move out from that, you would have to receive the business loans. Just because it should help you for sure. I take small business loan every year and feel myself good because of that.
