Enjoyed the photo of Burt the Beekeepers home, where he lives without running water and without electricty. These days the thought of living without those conveniences horrifies many, and they suggest those people are living in a substandard fashion.
I don't agree with those people, nature and a natural way of living is a good thing. I lived in one location without drinkable running water and had to haul water daily for me and my dogs. Hauling that water kept me healthy at the time, and I was out in nature enjoying good fresh air and more. I also did not have any heat or hot water for a few months, but luckily had a sheep herders wood stove which I could fill with wood in such a way that it would still be producing heat the next morning.
Those were fun healthy days.
