Regarding problems with New York apartment listings

Hey, if you do any reading today, please note I'm merely part of a team helping out.
We also have some volunteers checking out badly behaving brokers, and they really help out the people of New York City by reporting problems.
To be sure, we don't monitor the ads in any manner, but it really is true that I drop in on agencies when I'm in NYC, the stages of acceptance are:
- disbelief
- panic
- cameraphone photography
