Hi,
I found your blog through wikipedia. I've been visiting the Philippine rant and Rave section and found too much hate directed against Filipinos. Is there something that can be done aside from flagging? It looks like the same posters are posting inflammatory posts. Is there any way to limit their ability to do so? Wikipedia bans malicious "editors" through ISP blocks.
