Hi Craig,

Do you know what CRM software San Francisco 311 is using?

I am a former SF Taxi Commissioner, 2003 and 2004.
I know that the % of ridership of cabs, and the satisfaction of the experience of same....would skyrocket, if: 311 also connected the caller to their preferred cab company, or to the CLOSEST available cab. '311 AND GPS" can do it all... and Yellow and Luxor and the City knows this. "5 Minute Cab" could be a reality, if the City would set it up!!!
