Open House Project from Sunlight Foundation

The folks at the Sunlight Foundation delivered the Open House Project which includes really good recommendations for a series of technological reforms that would increase transparency and public access to the work and members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Some great no-brainer ideas in here, and they're already getting buy in from Congressmen, including Nancy Pelosi.
