Joe Trippi on corporate goverance

Hey, Joe Trippi was Howard Dean's campaign manager, and he really gets the 'net.
He says a great deal in a few words in the new book, we gotta keep this in mind:
- We want businesses that empower consumers
- We want corporations to be responsive to shareholders
- We will only tolerate companies that are good corporate citizens
